The 15 great neighborhoods of Lancaster includes the Ross Neighborhood which is located in the northern and eastern part of the city. George Ross was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and a member of the Continental Congress. This neighborhood is named after this early prominent citizen and is where his farm, Rossmere, was located.
